"Cyanotype: Printing With the Sun" Teacher Workshop

Thanks to all participants and RoCA for giving me the opportunity to have this workshop. How to create cyanotype: 1. Coat solution on paper in the darkroom and let it dry. 2. Put your object or negative film on top of you coated paper 3. Expose your paper in the sun or UV light for about 10-20 minutes. 4. Rinse the paper in water for 30 minutes and let it dry. Material Used: 1. Cyanotype solution (Potassium ferricyanide and Ferric ammonium citrate) 2. Watercolor or printmaking paper 4. Hydrogen peroxide for speeding up oxidation to fully develop the blue image 5. Lemon juice or vinegar for toning in teal color. Where to buy the materials: Links:
