"Modular Maneuver" (January 2017)
Recycled Textile Arts by Poramit Thantapalit
This sculpture is made of clothes hangers, used clothing and plastic bags. Over 100 triangles can be connected together to form the free-standing sculpture, wall installation or kinetic mobile. There are five options for installation that can be mixed all together in one. The spotlight used in different angles will help create dramatic shapes of shadow and increasing dimension of the installation on the surrounding background.
(size: 92"x46"x36")
• View the installation at the exhibitions: Sotto Voce (group show), Sense & Sustainability (Solo Exhibition), Wide Open 8 (juried show), Louder Than Words (group show)
